Disney day had finally arrived!!! By the way, it was a chilly day but we never expected the weather to be frigid in California terms later that night.
The kids were excited about the bus ride from the parking lot to the Disney area.
Thank you Pai for the Christmas money you left for the kids. We rented extra strollers and bought an autograph book as a keepsake.
Tobias was very excited to meet Pluto!
You need to watch the video capturing the sweet moments between Tobias and Pluto.
"Dumbo! Dumbo!" Philomena was sad to get off the ride.
Ready to watch the Mickey show!
Daddy was pretty excited to hear the Jungle book song. He broke out in some dance moves. :)
We loved hearing the princesses sing.
We were impressed with this man's dance moves within a big balloon, and then it popped at the end. I'm trying to figure out he even breathed while doing the dance.
We only were able to see a portion of the park. It's just that big! I think we will venture to Disneyland again in a few years and see the rest.
We saw the Oregon marching band playing at Disney that day.
Princess Aurora (Sleeping Beauty)'s castle
We even had a chance to meet Belle!
New Orleans square
The coldest supper of our lives! The wind was pretty intense, but the warm spicy food helped.
Vavo bought each grandchild a sweet gift to remember the trip. Tobias got Pluto.
I secretly wanted some Minnie Mouse ears all day.
Tired little girl
And then the rain poured! By the way, it doesn't rain often in California.
I think Tobias (our child most sensitive to cold temperatures) had the best attitude towards the end of the trip. He was too excited allow the cold weather bother him!
We had a wonderful day at Disneyland and were so happy to share that day with our family. The adventures in California are not over. It's beach day tomorrow!
